Dubois County - Parents Who Host, Lose the Most is a community program that seeks to educate parents in Dubois County, Indiana, about the dangers of allowing minors to consume alcohol. Not only can the parent or guardian be held legally accountable for the minors consuming alcohol, but allowing the illegal behavior to occur negatively affects the teenage brains development.
